Commercial Contracting

White Box Lobby – Demo: Ceiling, walls, flooring, electrical in demo walls, doors, millwork, teller windows, lighting, ceiling tile and grid, flooring carpet and tile; Clean up Interior walls, Paint

Replace/repair water damaged drywall in Wells Fargo; Paint water damaged areas after repairs; remove/ repair and re-caulk wood trim as needed and paint.

Mens restroom remove wet drywall on 2 walls, replace, p/p and re-install ceramic base and cove base

Ladies restroom remove drywall, replace damaged framing, p/p and re-install ceramic base and cove base

Services & Maintenance

Projector’s lift- Modify overhead supports to accommodate the new orientation of the projector’s lift, Modify existing ceiling grid and ceiling tiles to accommodate the new orientation of the projector’s lift, Modify electrical power to the projector’s lift as necessary, Modify existing spiral ductwork to the existing ceiling linear diffusers as necessary

Lockers – Remove temporary walls covering the alcove for the new lockers, Patch and paint any damaged created by the removal of the temporary walls, Install lockers, Touch up any damaged paint created by the installation of the lockers

Epoxy new cement pad – prep, remove existing epoxy at floor to apply joint filler to prevent cracking between new and old cement, apply BASF Master Top TC 683 To match

Lab Boiler Room Leak – Remove equipment, base, drywall, in areas as directed (Two Trips) Replace insulation, Drywall 2 layers, patch & paint, provide new cove base & install, caulk top and bottom of base color match, reinstall two tank racks and caulk.
